Welcome to Flywasp ("we," "our," or "us"). Flywasp provides a multi-tenant WhatsApp automation and SaaS platform accessible via flywasp.com and app.flywasp.com. By accessing or using our website, services, and dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Digital Service

Flywasp is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider offering WhatsApp messaging tools, broadcast campaign managers, AI chatbots, and multi-tenant management dashboards. Upon successful payment and account activation, digital access to the selected subscription tier is provisioned immediately. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the user on our public pricing page. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (such as PayU). By submitting payment information, you authorize Flywasp to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law or determined on a case-by-case basis by Flywasp support.

5. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use Flywasp in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policies and Terms of Service. Misuse of the platform for spam or illegal activities will result in immediate termination without refund.
